Most of domes are easily come off by twisting clock wise and anti clock wise or you can try to open it using knife with proper care "Do not use flat screw driver it easily get slip over dome and it may harm you" or just use petrol or gasoline using medical syringe needle and apply gently on the edge of DOME.following link may help you.......Just let me know.

Dry solder because of using cheap quality solder wire and flux.

I always wonder why they solder the AC power input lines Neutral and Phase way too close to each other on pcb boards on power adapters and those LED Fluorescent (TL) lights. Which is dangerous and mostly China made and not conform any safety regulation!
