Babu: thanks man. yes you can. there are tons of methods to do that. you need to understand the hot air machine that you have in the shop. what I mean by that is you know the strength of the hot air being produced because every machine has different calibrations. add flux, heat up the board just enough to make it warm then use more hot air to melt the solder under the chip. I usually use 450 heat and flow of air about 40 to 50. keep in mind when taking that chip out you can not put it back unles you re touch the soldering balls on it using a stencil for that specific IC. also make sure on the other side of the board there are not small component that could be effected with the heat used. Let's hope that the owner will be more careful on his Bluetooth speaker next time! So it will not show up for another repair a third time too.
