Simple way to find out MOV & thermistor.....
MOV is always connected in mains 240V AC input between Line to Neutral in parallel & thermistor is always connected In Series like Fuse in primary section input.

This type of resettable fuse is majorly used by Multi port CCTV Camera SMPS.
