Albert: me neither. it was a new machine that I have seen in shops for sale but it is the first time a device like that come to my shop for repair and I am sure will see more of these devices either in the shop or on our bench for repair. have a blessed day

Do not think I've ever seen one before either. The heater foot connector in this device I have seen before. My water cooker I use for making coffee (or ocassionally tea) has one identical.
