My receiver has no inflated cap on power board and I even measured its power board outputs, all at correct voltage. But does not turn on. Sometimes i turns on and as long as it is on, works perfectly fine but if I turn it off, the it has difficulties turn on (out of 10 times 9 times doesn't turn on once turns on).
