Lynn: thanks man. I usually clean the machines inside out before start working on them. I once had a microwave oven with cockroaches actually living and some dead ones inside. I take it ouside air blow them out and with IPA and a brush cleaning all component and all that come with a price; I inform the customer about that and so far I did not have any complaint. have a blessed day

Imoudu: the customers should keep their appliances clean and that is 50% of maintaining them. I got in the habit of cleaning them inside out and alert the customer to do the cleaning on the regular basis. have a blessed day

Good job Waleed: About the dirt, I have refused to work on vcr's because they would literally smell from the cockroaches in side. A friend tech said he would but the unit inside a plastic bag and spray bug killer in the bag leave it over nite and then take it out side and remove the cover and make sure all the inhabitants were dead, and dump their carcasses outdoors, so they wouldn't stink up his shop. I am thinking some of you will like this post.

Talking about dirty machines,we even see some customers bringing kitchen appliances in a very dirty stage.Whose responsibility is it to clean outside of appliance? techie or user?
