I agree, Albert. I became annoyed when I deal with LED devices that had small metal cooling area. And worse: with few or inexistent thermal paste. Sometimes, the thermal paste is dry. Programmed obsolescence, of course. When I do service on these devices, I always remove old thermal paste and apply a new one, in the necessary quantity. It´s a guarantee that the device will operate for more time.
