Suranga: this is a broken screen. nothing to do with the T con board. it is simply cracked and need a replacement.

Usually I would take a service deposit which would cover my time spent on every repair. I would explain to the Customer that this is to cover by electricity bill and my time and this is not refundable whether the set is repaired or not. If they hesitate to pay this upfront fee I do not take the job. It's that simple.....

Mr Rishmawi You are right the customer make loose time , Mr Rishmawi I always charge 10 Dollars only for diagnose,and if is repair I will add the 10 Dollars in the repair ,,,,,,dont forget Your time for all the techs , WE BY TOOLS THE COST MONEY AND TIME SIR, next time dont get mad charge the 10 dollars for diagnose

Hi Waleed.
This type of pictures Line fault may be caused by T.con board or Panel Pcb main voltage missing especially VGH ,VGL Voltage. Have you checked the supply? I have done before this kind of job.
