Hi Manoj,
I suggest that you visit this link http://www.repairfaq.org/REPAIR/ as I found it to be good. As for tester the common one that you need are analogue/digital multimeter, digital capacitance meter, blue esr meter, blue ring tester and oscilloscope. Again it depends on what you want to repair.
