It's been over a week since i ordered my dlp lamp and still waiting to receive it. Made numerous calls, all going to voice mail. Also sent emails. No response what so ever from them. Would you have Jonathan Williams e-mail handy? I'd like to send him a personal email. i will never recommend this company.

I received it and had stopped working after 3-4 months since we received it, so i sent it out for a warranty exchange. I've never spoke with them. the voice mail box is full every time i call. I also tried emailing them. The last email I've received was stating where to send it to. i have tried multiple times after that email asking questions about my warranty and how long will it take, and if they have received it because it has been almost a month since Ive sent it back. i
I really hope they will send my replacement soon. I put my money into this product and it wasn't cheap. I really wont recommend anyone to trust this company. Very unsatisfied customer.
