I hope i have the time to fully test it by Thursday because at the moment I&#039;m conducting a repair course till Wednesday. Friday is my Church Family day,Saturday and Sunday i will be going to Port Dickson to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. However, next week I&#039;m fully free and i guess it should be the best time for me to really test out this meter.

Please check if this tester is suitable for testing in-circuit components. My DY294 (version 3) is couple years old and I get inconclusive results. It might need to run at high frequency and low current for in-circuit testing.  I built a $10 ESR meter that operates at 50KHz and 0.05VAC and it works great with in-circuit capacitors (unless a coil a parallel to the capacitor).

Mine did not come with test leads and I made a set of homemake test probe.]]></description>
