Now, WHERE did you find all the information on what the readings are supposed to be?

Presumably the vehicle has been travelling around a while so any ideas on why it suddenly lost its calibration?

Thanks for the article and the warning Christian! The substance perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is many years used to make Teflon. In the USA known as 'C8' (its moleculair form) and is purely one of most man made toxic chemical. It didn't exist in nature previously. And it now is traceable in everyones blood circulation and causes infertility, colitis ulcerosa, and high blood pressure, all sorts of cancer amongst other effects. DuPont has created one of the biggest environmental scandals like in the Netherlands (Dordrecht near Rotterdam). And it started in the USA 3500 civil cases about this very toxic substance.
So another bad thing for humanity. And it makes me wonder if I still should use my teflon frying pan?

Hey Christian,
Thanks for a well explained diagnostic path. I quite often come across repairs in the automotive industry where modifications are required. You have done well to give this intake manifold flap another lease on life. The ECU parameters can be very specific and any readings outside will log a code. I read today that it has been suggested that technology in the automotive industry changes on average every 26 seconds - no wonder it is so hard to keep up!
