AllDataSheet is one of the best....another one is recently found is SeekChip...it claims to have 3 million data sheets that you can download for free.

Datasheetarchive's website seems to me not well structured and it's visual appearance does not attract me !! Most of the time I go to Alldasheet, though both of the website is the biggest depot of EE data books . On the contrary, Datasheetarchive is most famous for it's brilliant substitute suggestion . When I need a substitute I search it in Datasheetarchive . Finding Substitution is much easier in Datasheetarchive .
