Yes, that is a routine check-up! I use an LED checker to check each and every LED. Bad soldering causes problems, but are rarely found. Many thanks for your comments and suggestions.

That is a good observation! Perhaps the year of manufacturing is making sellers' lives tougher, as customers will always ask for the latest batch!
