Amazing fix! Electronics repair isn't always complicated, a fuse could just blow even still when there's no short circuit in the board.

Aron: it is something you can build on your own. it consist of an incandescent light bulb, an off/on switch and an outlet. you can look on youtube for that, it is very easy and fun to built. have a blessed day

Imoudu: it was an easy repair job. the green light seen in the photo is the light for the device not showing bright because of the current limiter but the actual current limiter is yellowish color coming from the side of the photo. have a blessed day

This's an easy fast work, so to say based on your good observation.i can see small green led bulb,not bright light bulb,something like 60w-100w normally use for current limiter.Well done.

Albert: yes, he was checking the board out but did not put it on a 220 volts outlet which was great. the current limiter that I built here in the shop has a light bulb, main out let and a power switch so I can contorl on and off situations. I put it all on a wooden board and attached it in my shop which looks great as well, have a nice blessed day
