The value that you get should be lowered than the chart. If you get the same value as the chart then it is a marginal cap. Some caps still function well under marginal value or slightly higher than the value from the chart.

100V 470uf - 0.3 OHMS
10V 3300uf - 0.2 OHMS
16V 1500uf - o.3 ohms
25v 470uf - 0.3 OHMS

400V 270uf - 0.22 OHMS
400V 270uf - 0.15 ohms
450V 47uf - 1.0 OHMS
50V 22uf - 1.0 ohms

What do you think please let me know so I can get a hang of this meter.
