For your info, not only about the above issues that matters, but the item quantity delivered is not the same with the quantity I ordered. So, for example if you order two items A & B, A for 3 and B for 5 pcs. Then the delivered parts might be A you get only 1 pc and B you get 7 pcs, without prior notice from them. I highly recommend all ERG members to buy from professional supplier which has online stock availability, so that you would know in advance whether they could provide the quantity you need or not.

You can read about it in my Blog, http://preher-tv.blogspot.com/2009/07/beware-bic-blue-star-international.html , they never responded to my emails and never answered the phone, sometimes an answering machine would pick up but it was so distorted I could not understand what it was saying. I will not use this company ever again.
