I do not have microscope yet,i am Using Magnifier Glass.I would prefer RF4 RF 4KC1 Microscope Camera with 0.5X & 0.75 Barlow Lenses, you can use it with any HDMI Connectivity Monitor or TV.
No need of Microscope you can use only camera with lens fittings.

For this types of precise work good PCB Holder * Microscope is must otherwise soldering is very difficult.

Had a similar problem to fix on my brother's earplugs of which one had a broken off copper pilar inside. After soldering it back onto the tiny chargerboard I also used a few drops of superglue to make it mechanically stronger. Also because the solder copper layer on the base alone was way too small to be strong enough.
