Although the received wrong J305 tube is a few cm's too long to fit in the B6B tester and the today ordered J321 is not here yet but on its way, I did test the J305 tube by clipping a wire to the - pole of the tube and connected it onto the board clamp to be able to test if my counter meter functions properly again with it. And it did so that confirms that my old 2019 M4011 tube was the cause of the defective no longer correctly working geiger-muller counter tester.

Addendum2: According to Aliexpress only the J321 tube is identical to the M4011.
9cm long and 1cm thick. So Google's AI was wrong to suggest the J305 tube as replacement! Although buyers tell that the J321 is a thicker tube than the M4011 it may yield in better results?

Addendum: After today finally receiving the replacement J305 tube that Google's AI suggested it turned out to be a longer tube than my original tube. My originally BR6b tube was a shorter type M4011 from the year 2019 geiger-muller tube. So I need to order that tube because the J305 is about 10,5 cm long whereas the M4011 is only about 8,9cm long! Which tells us 2 things: Not to trust anything that AI says without checking the size of parts too. And that my new J305 tube was from 2026, and my old M4011 already very old when I bought the BR6b because that tube was from 2019!

Thanks Albert. You really are an inspiring technician endowed with gadgets. Everything about the subject item is strange; use, appearance, name, ..... name it, only the repair carried out is somewhat familiar. I expected a fairly detailed reply from the experienced man whom I really value his past articles and comments.

I know Yogesh and of course I always do read most reviews.
But we never know for sure if ordered products qualify until they arrived. Like the many products that look good in the advert but are a complete disaster after they are tested. Sadly even the Youtube videos about many products can't be trusted these days. And as said even the safe buyer protection period on Aliexpress is bad! It also seems to get a lot harder now to ask sellers about their products as if there is a new buyer-seller messaging restriction on Aliexpress.

Yes, sadly too often products were not worth the price or the wait! The J305 replacement tube to fix my almost new but already defect BR-6b is not even in transit yet, still waiting on the plane to deport from its origine country.

Update: Just a few days after writing this article my Fnirsi GC-01 was already delivered from a very recent order at Banggood. This was the real Fnirsi NUCLEAR RADIATION DETECTOR from the one and only Fnirsi, so not any fake clone! And it works splendidly giving a momentary measurement of about 000.14 µSv/h. And after an active recorded runtime of 03:43:13 gives a Cumulative Stored value of 000.35 µSv. So it shows a standard safe measurement. And this meter is well worth the money!
