Try power up the computer without using UPS. From there you will know which one is the problem.

Whenever the main ac fluctuates or ups switch to battery mode, it shut down often.
I have tried atleast 4Ups and couple of new Smps,but the problem remains.
I am very much confused which one is faulty-motherboard,ups,smps or something else.
I am using Amd7750 with Gigabyte motherboard.
Pls help
