The picture of the defective caps would show that these are rated 16V, 6.3V and 50V. I replaced with 25V, 25V and 63V caps in its places. Thanks!

I am a consulting Manager, Purchase and IT. Its a special privilege hospital has allowed to me on my own request to find a free time fill up. I am not a regular biotechnician doing all the repair work there. There is a team already there to do that. SMPS is passed on to me almost all the time.

And not being able to find any schematics or matching datasheet makes it even harder! So good job fixing this unit with unknown controller IC's on its board.
