We replaced 3 cisco switches in our office within a month and I decided to fix one today. When online, Google and came across this. Finally I found the culprit but it's a very small IC and I doubt if I can it in the store. I had to go and get a complete power circuit for DVD and I worked it. It's working fine now. Thanks.
