Check the gate signal to the b+ fet. The pulse should have about 10 to 12 volt peak to peak when tested with scope. If you get more than that the B+ output will be increased. Trace the gate signal line to see if there is any bad component and if possible try replace the h/v oscillator ic too.

Please check the gate signal from the h/v oscillator ic to the gate pin of the B+ fet. I came across before a 14&quot; likom monitor where the B+ voltage increased to very high and shutdown the monitor. Tracing backward starting from the b+ fet gate pin lead me to a resistor value where the ohm already increased! The resistor was covered by decayed glue and making the ohm value increased. In your case, it could be a leaky transistor, cap problem or etc. Hope this helps!]]></description>
