Robert: thanks you are welcome. everybody has cell phones here too but still dempending on land line when we are home. we get the interent connection through the land line and still used a lot. We do not have cable tv through it but we get internect acces to satellite stations in a certain satellite receivers called E-Box mostley HD receivers and we only pay less than 150 dollars the whole year.

Land-lines are becoming a thing of the past here in the USA. Everyone I know has a cell phone. A land-line is usually included in the Cable TV-Internet packages, but hardly nobody uses it.
