Ha ha ha.........indeed customer has depressed me for this repair, he has argued with me by saying that he has shown this laptop to 2 technicians and as per their diagnosis they are sure about Virus Problem and you are trying to make more money by making me fool. finally on arrival of new keyboard i have shown him the fact practically.Good thing for me that he has referred me another two friends of him for their computer problem.

This keyboards are having very thin conductive foils with aluminum support because of aluminum if your keyboard get more pressure on the key aluminum under the key get bend and the conductive foils stops to respond on pressing the key .

The P never got depressed, but the owner did ! (Lol). These things happen to heavy used worn out keyboard keys. The conductive foils in the thin layered keyboards are known for their cheaper construction, just like the old foil keyboards used in the famous old ZX Spectrum computers. And when those foil layers get wet inside, even by plain clean (tap-)water, they are known for causing unfixable problems to the keyboard.
