I have seen above type of components. Actually, i have been working since 90s when i was teen age and were studying in 9th standard. On that time 20-29 inches TV Phillips, Grundig, Hitachi, GoldStar, and Akai were took place in ERa. And Common problems was arrived in Power Supply and IFT logic cards. Circuits were Big type and Interface cards with multiple wires. Any how. That Era was Old . Rightnow Electronics is minimized and micro to Nano Electronics.
However, In above Circuit Transistor, Bridge and PF Capactiors is Installed.

I think it is a collection of old industrial components
