thanks every body in this forum there is a trick about the spindle motor
First remove the cable positive and negative connector from the board and check through multi-meter if you are getting resistance of the motor put in power supply 9v dc but don't take a long time like only 5sec the motor will spin fast and reverse the polarity,do it 6 or 8 times then put it back to the main board the motor will be fine. i did always like that in my repairing try only this one if you cannot find the spindle motor in your place Thanks to Mr Waleed he is right its better to replace new one

good repair done MR WALEED,ALL THE READERS APPRECIATE the work done and so do i but you have not mentioned on how to allien the base of the spindle motor which fits to the shaft of the spindle motor.the base i mean is on which the dvd rests onto, thanks a lot.

Tarning: first you need to check if the motor is getting the right voltage. the voltage rating is usually written on a paper on the motor. check how much voltage you are getting there. if no voltage traced it back to the source and find out why there is not voltage coming out. sometimes, the motor itself is shorted and taking the voltage down. isolate the motor and check again. if voltage there when the motor is not connected, replace the motor.

Trevor: thanks for sharing. it seems like it is working fine since no one returned the machine back. i will give it a try next time although I still the like the fact to replace it with a new one.

I am no master though but I thank you for the thought. sad to say, my shop is not doing well the way it was and because of that I am moving to a different job but keep my workshop running as part time plan. it is my passion and I do not want to forsake it. have a good ay.

Hi everybody, here in my country we use the motors of CD/DVD tray of the optical units of PCs, and they last a lot. Why don't you try it on with this?
