Sir,
I have the same problem and yet i couldn't find any obvious reasons why it shows E03. I replaced each and every components except IGBT, thermal sensors and high voltage capacitors since they seemed to be ok with the multimeter readings. All the 19 and 5 voltage outputs of the power section works fine. Micro controller IC also left as it was because there was no any short between GND pin and rest of others. Sir, what could be the reason for this E03 error?

Yes, I too have faced similar problems. Sometimes, some error number appears! When we try to post again, one message 'you have already said that' Then the comment never gets posted! I think Jestine Yong should take it up with the service providers!

This Viper12A, 8-PIN IC was, if I remember it correctly, also replaced in a previous repair before. Good thing that you found the exact reason why the Cooker was giving this E03 error and were able to buy an new matching 18V replacement Fan. Since most Fan's normally are 12V DC and probably also constructed differently. Those S8050 transistors apparently are often used in all sorts of Fan controllers, like they are also used in desktop computer Power Supplies.
