Almost all devices are single phase. I have seen only The number of three phase users (like me) are lesser than those who use single phase. That is if the hair blower doesn't induce another defect in the induction cooker like you experienced some while ago after you placed two induction cookers on top of each other! About the multiphase AC 230V powerline I asked if those Indian cookers are single phase operated units. Or do they also require at least 2 thicker phase power lines to prevent massive overload on one phase of the powergrid?
