I don't have fancy diagnostic equipment. Just a nice multi-meter. Can I fix this monitor? It has two boards, a connectivity board and a power board. There is also a small board connected directly on the back of the display covered by a metal shield.

I don't know how to find which board is bad or what part is bad on the boards. How can I fix this monitor?
I can send you a small photo of the problem, but I don't know how in this comment box.
