					<description><![CDATA[hi sir, i have a 50&quot; samsung plasma tv model pn50b450b1d vers sl04 that screen went black &#038; cut off while viewing vcr tape, tv led went blinking &#038; i could hear clicking. i tried turn-on w remote but same symptom. i unplugged it &#038; on turn-on led on, blk screen, no sound except 4 what sounds like safety shutdown clicking &#038; then stopped. i was e tech on gov contracts in   &#038; i used to repair tvs, stereos, etc. i suspected hot w damper prob. i bought this tv cash just 12 mos ago. would u know hot 4 this? i am assuming by pix &#038; sound going together that damper is part of hot package trans. if u no of schematic that would b great. would appreciate any help.]]></description>

I came across a APC UPS before and after installed new batteries, it still won&#039;t work and the LED flashes. Once the eeprom been reprogrammed (smd 8 pins eeprom) it worked great. I forgot about the model that&#039;s why i suggest that you check for the eeprom.
