There must be problem that had caused the lines. It could be weak tubes, bad components and etc. Retrace lines usually are diagonal but yours was horizontal lines. Concentrate on the vertical output ic and make sure no dry joints and the supply voltage is good.

Good day to you, i just want to clarify my question, that is tiny white horizontal lines. I think if I'm not mistaken that is a retrace line. I couldn't take a picture right now because it was in my aunt and she's a little bit far from me.
But before sir, i come across on that kind of problem then i tried to adjust the screen adjustment in flyback and the line was gone. but now in my aunt CRT TV I tried to adjust the screen adjustment in flyback but nothing change in the screen. It's safe to adjust the screen? or there is a procedure on it. please advise me and thank you for your response.
