HI Joseph,

Have you check the components in the regulation circuit such as the Optoic and the tl431 ic? What about the low ohm resistor in the power primary side. and also the e-caps you need to check.

I have a China tv which has all the secondary power outputs lower than normal. When I press the power button, the LED only blinks once. What could be the problem?.

I have some problem at Changhong Model 14B24EA Television,the problem is no output voltage at Acmatic,all of component in Acmatic I have replace but no effect at all.Can you help me please,thanks very much
