I have an LG 710e Monitor , and have the same problem with the MOSFET transistor Q719 [ It has been burned(shorted) three times] and ireplaced it.
Also i found the resistor R809 Open and replaced it .
After replacing Q719 & R809 the Monitor worked for 1 week then the same problem again .
That make me confused .
