Hi Mark,

Chances is high on bad data in eeprom. Before that make sure the eeprom is getting the right supply voltage  (5 volt).

					<description><![CDATA[Hi! What could be wrong with a10 year old AIWA CRT TV when the settings keeps on changing automatically. Sometimes it changes the audio setting, sometimes the color and sometimes the channel settings. The OSD appears on the screen when the settings are changing. Could it&#160; be due to defective capacitors, EEPROM..?
