Just go to google images and type in 220v to 12 volt circuit. There are lots of circuit design for you to choose.

HI Dave,

If no output voltages then check all components in the power side. If all checked to be good then direct replace the power ic and retest.

Dear Jestine:

Im witing you from Buenos Aires, Argentina in South America.
I have got an chinese LCD TV HKC model 2206. The remote control is broken.
Last 10 days I surf all along the internet looking for help about this item.
I obtain 2 universal remote control. One from UNIVERSAL and the other from ONE FOR ALL. One use 4 digits code and the other 5 digits code.
I could not obtain any HKC code. I just called to HKC in Netherland asking about the codes, but they don´t send me the answer.
Now, I found you and I have the secret hope you can help me.
Do you know the code for the LCD TV HKC model 2206 ? Or do you know if there is another brand or model using the same patterns and codes?

Have you check the setting from your remote control. Yes some tc-on board can be repaired provided there are spare parts for it.

Dear Sir Jestine Jong:
I have a questionabout Tv Sony,
model KLV-40S410A. The image is too clear; A fixer tell me this
could be the T-Con, It schuld be changed. The image is too clear but all controls are properly function. Is it some thing we can do to repair the T-CON plate? The T-CON serie is T400Hw01.
