It was for sure.
It is almost impossible to open it without any damage.
It has 3 clips on each side and only top and bottom are accessible. 2 screwdrivers, a hammer and brute force finally opened mine.
Checked the HDD and it's working fine. Now I need a new case.

Hello Mr. Humberto queiro know how opened this case I have an equally 3b if turns blue focus but now that I wanted to use after months I connect but does not recognize the hard drive and try formatting it and everything and can not mount or anything I want do is remove it and connect directly to a PC and try and try other housing drives the problem is how to open the case I do not see any screw.
