I have been using my Capacitor Wizard for about 12 years now and its a great esr meter. I also use the ESR-micro because it can read ESR and capictance at the same time.

For the Blue ESR meter it can measure non polar cap from 01.uf and above. That's why when you measure 0.012 uf cap you got no reading.

i have got following ESR factor for a good cap under 1 microfarad value with my blue ESR METER.
cap 0.12 microfarad good ESR 17
" 0.15 " " " 10
" 0.33 " " " 4.9
" 0.47 " " " 3.3
but for following caps my blue meter can not do anything
cap 0.012micro farad
cap 0.015 " "
cap 0.022 " "
and so and so i do not know any equipment to get the ESR of these caps if you or any one help me to read the ESR S
