I agree with you totally in respect to letter you wrote to lg.We should not be concern just about ourself, we should act with generality of people in view for good. Moreover no electronic appliance last forever, it will have problem,irrespective of its high quality and still get back to us for repairs. Thanks for your effort sir.

Please use open web. Most of them are available. Type in the chassis number as printed on the PCB. Many times it worked. But I also get help from my techie friends' whatsup group!

Yes, in Windows 10 itself, variations are there depending on the processor/mother board used. I always used Microsoft Edge and Bing to search. Press control and use the scroll button of mouse to zoom in or out. An indication immediately comes on the top showing the percentage!
