Yes certainty. I still use My old Sanwa YX360trf analog meter to test semiconductor components in many times. My mom who was my 1st electronics teacher gave it to me at my 11.

Good job, Kushan! Experience has taught me that it is better to test components with an analog VOM that has X10K. Which is also what Mr. Yong teaches.
