You can try contact the supplier at http://www.anatekcorp.com I guess they would not sell it unless if you have bought one meter from them. Anyway you can just try email them and see.

Hi Justine,
I would like to inform you that i want Blue ESR meter kit(un-assembled) and Blue Ring tester kit(un-assembled). but i want to know how much that cost if its is required in Oman in Middle-east. Actually if i order one by one so shipping charges will be twice and its worth is too much. I'm ERG member for long time and now i'm really intrested to buy Both Blue ESR and Blue Ring tester kits.

Yes you are right, one should check the battery. I had once thought that my Blue ring tester have problem because when i tested the primary winding of SMPS transformer it should show full LED lights but this one only went half. A new battery brought the meter back to normal service.

Hi,
I had a similar problem when I asembled My Blue Ring Tester. After checking all traces and solder joints and unable to find the problem,
I decided to check the battery even though it was new. My battery was bad and causing all leds to flash continuosly. Put in another new battery and BRT works like advertised. I just ordered my Blue ESR and can't wait for it to arrive.
