Sorry i do not have those info because I'm just a repairer and not a designer. I suggest that you search from the net for the word "Tesla coil" and try to search if there is any forum on that and they are very good in making their own high voltage gadget.

sometimes spark occured between them.
especialy some closest pins with ground pin.
one of pin closest is also draws purple spray, but never spark
