They called it. Bomb and would boost the 6.3 bolts on crt filament to about 7 volts when crt was bad.would hang off crt socket! Some were so big it would pull plastic cap off crt. Those were the good old days when cust didn't want to pay for new crt..21ap22 25xp22 etc. Thanks for great articles. Your the best. Mike USA..
