Thanks senior technician, Parauraman. TV/monitor screens are mostly of LCD, LED and plasma type, what type was the one you were repairing ?. I agree with what Engineer Yogesh says, unless a technician is keen a 'tricky customer' can push him in a tight corner. So the receipts we give to clients should have relevantly necessary conditions. Some printed warnings should also be put on our walls to be easily read by clients, which also scares away would be cheats. Pricy TVs and mobile phones are expensive to compensate. Cracks and discoloured areas on some screens are easily revealed in bright sunlight, LUCKLY !
