My Haier LED TV goes off and comes on and off and on when turned on. I don't know what might have caused the problem, but it makes some tiny noise after switching on and the moment the screen begins to lighten up, it goes off and powers on again like that order until i put it off outright. I will appreciate any help. Thank you
