i have a question that cannot find answer to and that is if you can see a crack on lcd panel if the only thing working is the back light? every where i look all they talk about is the backlight being bad. its not . the screen is just white. please help.

You are right, LCD TV requires extra care in handling. LCD screen also cracked by itself for no reason and unavoidable . As a repairer we have to be careful and protect ourselves to avoid conflict with customers.Thanks for yr comment.
