First of all need to be understanded situations about the business and customer thinking. what customer wants from vendor and what is the better for good business then someone will gain earnings.

Although, business always do to get income. but by customer only this would be possible. so therefore, customer is the king and vendor dependent. Because only money will be come from customer so called in every business.

Business strategies will be fixed from the point of view of customer because, customer wants below things from every vendor, like-wise,

1. Reasonable prices
2. Better quality with services
3. Warranty / Guarantee
4. Glamourous attendent with Best offers
5. soft and cool Listener
6. perfect solutions
7. Competitive attractions
8. Rate with respect to features
9. Cheap rates with better features
10. Pick & drop things complimentary.
11. At least, one call service check free after repair / sale. etc.

These above strategies and web owner's article tips will provide best earnings in business. because the phenomena has arisen :

CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

well, in my country, the best advertisment that I experienced is the testimony of the customers. I always give out good deals and ask them to spread the word. and I always get customers telling me that this or that guy mentioned you to me..when the guy who spread the word comes back to the shop, I thank him and give me a deal again..and so on..so far so good.
