Try put in more fresh solder. Make sure the gun is hot enough to melt it.

hi. i use preheater and hot air rework station.Then the solder melts easier But sometimes still hard to remove.

sometimes the solder on the board is too tough to come out so I had more fresh solder to help metl the joints, then I take it out. thanks for the tip. good one
