PS: other exceptional N-channel mosfets could be the SUM110N10-09 with 110A at 100V, or the STY139N65M5 (max247 package) with 130A at 650V, or the STY140NS10 with 140A at 100V.
And for a P channel the SUM110P06-08L with -110A at -60V could be useful. Cheers.
