I have heard it before but i did not take that kind of service. That's why now, from time to time the direct broadcast satellite company will update their system in order to prevent such problem from hackers to hack into their system.

Hmm I dont know if you have a pirated version of the direct broadcast satellite in your country. There was a time when hackers were able to convert these satellite receivers to receive free tv/cable shows for life (as long as the receivers are working). Its not pay per view anymore.

You will just buy the dish, the receiver/converter with a hacked card access and voila. I know it is illegal but they were able to crack it.

The VHF antenna is for receiving TV 1 and TV2 while the UHF is for TV7, TV8 and TV9. If you look at most of the house, usually they have two types of antennas. The design of the VHF and the UHF are different.

About the antenna do we still have to fix the UHF antenna while we have the VHF? Is it necessary as my TV reception is clear using the VHF antenna. About climbing high building I think Jestine at our age and have a heavy weight body try not, I experience it when I was about 75 kilo in weight helping our Church Pastor to fine tune the channel, it's easy to climb up but to get down OMG scare la. So not advisable for Jestine to do it, get a professional they are more experience in getting up and down.
